There's a bed inside of this motel room and multiple storage containers that are a safe place to store items. Alternatively, you receive this room as a reward if you reach the Accepted rank with the town of Novac. The Dino Dee-Lite motel room is a player home in Novac that you can purchase from Jeannie May Crawford for 100 Caps.
